Reviews and Ratings
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, with wonderful views of the Notre Dame and a short walk to Vieux Port. The rooms were extremely clean, comfortable, and spacious, with everything you might need. The shower was awesome, and the high ceilings added to the great atmosphere. The service was exceptional, with a proactive approach to planning activities, helpful and courteous staff, and great English speakers. The perfect location made my stay even more enjoyable, being just 5 minutes from the Old Port in Marseille. However, the dining experience was a bit of a letdown due to limited options and a late breakfast start time. Overall, a beautifully restored 'hotel particulier' with amazing facilities.
My stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful. The rooms were clean, contemporary, and comfortable, with all the amenities you could ask for and more. However, the large 'artistic' chair was unexpectedly uncomfortable. The service was top-notch, especially Emmanuel, who was incredibly helpful when we needed to change rooms and also when our luggage got lost. The location was ideal, right between the old port and the cathedral, making it easy to explore the city. The dining experience was nice overall, with a good food selection, although a bit overpriced. The facilities were more than adequate, and the hotel went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.
I couldn't have been happier with my stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, contemporary, and simply well thought through, offering all the amenities I needed and more. The large, well-equipped rooms provided the ultimate comfort, making my stay truly enjoyable. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to assist, especially when our luggage went missing. The facilities were top-notch, and the location, just a stone's throw away from the lively Old Port of Marseille, was ideal, balancing convenience with a special ambiance.
My stay at the hotel was overall fantastic. The rooms were spacious with high ceilings and a great bathroom, making them feel luxurious. However, the artistic chair in the room was quite uncomfortable. The service was top-notch, with staff trained to international standards and offering a wide range of assistance from room service to planning activities. The location was brilliant, away from the dead center but still convenient for exploring Marseille. The dining experience was exceptional, well worth the price paid. The facilities were excellent, meeting all my needs during my stay.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, beds really comfortable, and I loved the nice toiletries provided. Facing a quiet street and being able to open the doors onto the balcony was a lovely touch. The high ceilings and massive windows made the room very nice and well-designed.
The hotel is superbly located close to the Old Port of Marseille, offering a wonderful view and spacious, comfortable rooms. The service is top-notch, although noise from nearby parties can be distracting. The dining experience is quite enjoyable with a variety of options. However, the early start time for services might inconvinience early risers.
